I've had this pack for a few weeks now and have taken it on a weekend trip to South Carolina so I wanted to write a quick review. This pack is built with quality and well thought out with respect to the materials, compartments, etc. I use it mostly for daily use commuting on public transit and also some light commute biking. The pack is great for that purpose and has more than enough room for my lunch, gym clothes, and all my accessories. I'm glad I went with the 32 litre, its a perfect size. The pack was also easy to use for a weekend getaway and allowed me to pack all my clothes, toiletries, shoes, etc. and could be used as carry-on for my flight and also fit neatly under the seat in front of me. If I had any suggestions/critiques for this pack, it would be that the straps on either side that allow you to tighten the pack down look sloppy and are annoyingly placed and make it difficult to pull your water bottle out from the holster. Also, unless you're some kind of gymnast, there is no way that you can reach to pull your your water out of the holster on either side to take a sip while wearing the pack and definitely not while riding on a bike. Also, I wish there were some way to lock the settings on your straps so that they don't loosen and occasionally require readjustment. Lastly, although I realize the pack is cyclist oriented and I do like the helmet holder, I think it would have been more functional to have a cross-weave bungie type thing (not sure exactly what it's called) on the back of the pack instead of the helmet holder to allow for more versatility to hold a helmet or a sweatshirt, jacket, or whatever else.
