I already own the Kyte 46 and the Tempest 20 so I'm not new to Osprey. I wanted a pack that was in between those two and this one seemed to fit the bill. I really like the organization of this pack and it's overall optimal use of space. The color is nice (Plume Purple) and isn't too girlie :) I also like the magnetic bite valve. It's nice to have one finally stay in place. I have two complaints. 1) For this price point (full price $120 it should come with a bite valve cover) although the trend, I guess, is to purchase the cover separately because Camelbak also does not include a bite valve with their hydration packs. 2) Sizing is off. This is not an adjustable torso bag so it would be best to try this on at a brick and mortar before purchasing because going by the size chart isn't sufficient. I have a 17 inch torso length (measuring from C7 to the top of your iliac crest) and originally purchased the XS/S, as it states it fits up to 18 inches...not so. The XS/S was more like a child's sized pack. My other packs are a S/M, but based on Osprey's sizing charts sizing can differ depending on the pack you chose. The chart indicates that I could be either an XS/S in some packs or a S/M in others. I think I'll now stick with a S/M regardless, especially if the pack's torso straps aren't adjustable. Overall I'm happy with this pack looking forward to using in on many adventures whether hiking, biking, commuting, or air travel. It is a very versatile pack. Experience Level Sort of Experienced (Casual, Recreational Adventurer) Entered into drawing? Heck yeah! â Yes, I recommend this product.
