Had a horrible experience with my bag that my husband got me as a gift that I packed to use for our trip to Peru; the straps literally were falling apart and tearing on me every time I put my bag on. This was devastating because this all happened the DAY we left for Peru. Called customer service and after communicating with them the issue I had, they helped make a connection with the Cusco location that was a distributor. The people at the store in Cusco were really awesome and it was as simple as switching bags out. My husband and I both are super grateful to Osprey for helping us make this connection, as we wouldn't have been able to continue traveling with the bag that I had and we couldn't afford to buy another one. It was a horrible situation that ended well thanks to Osprey and the distributor in Cusco. Thank you, Osprey for you help!
