Osprey Packs Warranty Policy (Israel):
Warranty service will be provided by Osprey’s distributor, The North Star:
For Osprey Packs purchased in Israel, full warranty on any production or material default is offered at no cost to the customer. All repairs made to Osprey Packs are high quality and are made with the original Osprey spare parts (zippers, buckles, fabric, frame, etc). Older Osprey models can be repaired using spare parts as close to the original as possible. Damage to Osprey Packs occurring due to usage that is deemed outside of normal use can be repaired for a fee; if the pack is not able to be repaired a replacement pack can be offered at a one-time discounted price – if this one-time offer is refused it cannot be pursued at any later date.
*For Osprey Packs not purchased in Israel, warranty service can be provided by The North Star for 158is plus tax. Please be aware that spare parts may not be available for Osprey Packs purchased outside of Israel.
**Cosmetic tears/abrasions that do not effect functionality of the item will not be repaired by The North Star. Private repairs may be sought at the customer’s expense.
***All Osprey reservoirs and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Pack Care and Washing:
