Osprey All Mighty Guarantee

The women’s-specific Osprey Viva 65 boasts clean lines and durable construction. This highly adjustable pack is large enough to comfortably carry clothing and equipment for a week on the trail.

Dual side compression straps provide load stability and the LightWire peripheral frame transfers the weight to your hips where a Fit-On-the Fly hipbelt easily adjusts up to three inches for a custom fit. In addition, the torso length has five inches of adjustment making this pack a shape-shifter capable of quickly adapting to many torso sizes.

The backpanel is made of mesh for ventilation and comfort during periods of high exertion—i.e. when you’re trudging up a south-facing slope carrying an overnight pack in the hot sun. Two mesh side pockets and a front mesh stash pocket combine with dual zippered hipbelt pockets provide a plethora of on-the-go storage options.

To expedite packing, the sleeping bag compartment is separate from the main compartment and the external sleeping pad straps are removable when you’re going ultra-light. Stow-on-the-Go Trekking Pole attachments allow you to quickly secure poles when not in use.

Doesn't work for me at all

I'm an avid backpacker and usually like osprey products. I have another osprey pack that I love. This one is generally less comfortable and the waist belt clip broke a few miles into a multi day trip. I've never had that happen in 20 years of backpacking. Not pleased with this pack.

Comfortable, well built pack.

This pack is quite comfortable and well built. I'm 5'7 170 lbs and it fits perfectly. I love everything about it!

Love this backpack for a petite woman!

I bought this pack because I am very short (5'1") and was having trouble finding a pack to fit my torso. This one is wonderful and fits great. It's durable, lightweights and has lots of storage options. The ONLY complaint I have about it (after multiple adventures and miles) is that the side pockets that ride on your hip belt are NOT easy to zip up one handed when you are in the middle of a hike. I keep my inhaler in that pocket for easy access, but it takes two hands to zip that pocket back up. Overall a wonderful little pack tho.

Versatile, Comfortable

Got this at our local mountaineering shop for my daughter, as a step-up to a proper pack for longer excursions. She found it comfortable for 10-mile days, and loaded to about 35 lbs she didn't have any issues at all jumping and navigating technical trails. This pack has a cavernous main compartment, with a removable divider between the bottom and top, and lots of options for adjusting, cinching, tightening or expanding the various parts of the pack. In many ways a very simple pack, it has enough pockets to keep items organized while maintaining a lot of space for gear. Best part for me is that this can swallow up a full size Bear Vault lengthwise inside the pack, through the bottom access of the main compartment. We were so impressed with this pack that I decided to get myself the men's version, the Volt 75, which is almost identical but slightly bigger.

The most comfortable pack I've owned.

I purchased this pack in March to hike 100 miles on the NCT. 46 miles later, I have zero complaints. No issues with hotspots or rubbing. Best part? No back sweat! :D
