New For Spring 2017: Product Updates

Outdoor enthusiasts trust Osprey to provide them with the most durable, comfortable, well-fitting and high performing packs in the world. For 42 years, we’ve settled for nothing less and have fundamentally changed the expectation of what a pack should be. Looking for function instead of fluff, we have continued to push innovation and deliver delight.

This season, we are excited to introduce updates to four of our major pack series as well as additions to our accessories line. Learn more about these exciting updates below:

Talon | Tempest Series


Light, nimble and more comfortable than ever, we have made the best technical hiking pack series even better. The updated AirScapeTM backpanel and lumbar-to-hipbelt wrap improve comfort while close-fitting suspension stabilizes loads incredibly well for dynamic outdoor excursions. Whether you’re day hiking, mountain biking or peak bagging, these packs are designed to keep you moving free and easy. And there’s no doubt our new color schemes will help you stand out from the crowd.

Stratos | Sirrus Series


The supremely ventilated, featured and durable Stratos/Sirrus series received a makeover that is more than skin deep. Adjustable torso lengths, improved fit/comfort/ventilation and updated aesthetics make this series the choice for everything from short hikes to overnight jaunts in the backcountry. On days when bluebird skies turn grey, you’ll be thankful for the removable rain cover that stows in its own pocket when the sun returns. The new front panel storage pocket allows easy access to gear and snacks during a long day on the trail.

Duro | Dyna Series


Trail running: the outdoor experience distilled to its simplest form. Everything we’ve learned about carrying gear was poured into a new mold to do more with less. Shifting gears, we have moved to a true vest-pack with supporting hydration products for 5k and unsupported ultrarunners alike. With seven style options, each runner is sure to find the vest or handheld that works for them. From a six hour training run to a multi-day adventure race, this series has the perfect amount of storage options for food, extra layers, GPS devices and any other gear you need to make it through your run.

 Aether AGTM | Ariel AGTM Series


For backpacking, thru-hikes and alpine expeditions, the Aether/Ariel    AGTM series has a pedigree like no other pack. This season, we’ve combined our award-winning Anti-GravityTM technology with    customizable fit and innovative features to create a more capable and comfortable pack for long-haul load carrying on any multi-day  excursion. If you also like chasing summits, you’ll love the DayLidTM feature. Just remove the top-lid and deploy this impressively functional daypack to summit any nearby peak on your backcountry adventure.

Osprey’s accessory line provides a complete solution for everything needed to organize and protect your gear. Our updated rectangular shaped stuff sacks allow you to organize your gear like well-laid bricks to efficiently utilize the interior volume of any pack. This season, we’ve increased our stuff sack offerings to include the UL Stuff Sack and a uniquely designed UL Stretch Mesh Sack that expands to meet all of your packing needs. The flexible, new design will expand to fit oddly shaped gear and comes in four different volumes for all of your gear organization needs.
