Good pack with lots of room
Bought this primarily for mountain biking and have loved it. I have also used it for alpine skiing as well, not 100% waterproof but it does the job. I

I looked for a long time for a good pack for my MTB trips that can support also day hikes and other activities. I ended up selecting the Raptor 14, and was not disappointed. During my first week, I used it for 1/2 day of ski, day hike and for 1/2 day of mountain biking. It did the job great, and earned the nickname in my family - "the magic bag" - having everything you need when you need it. Pockets/compartments are very well thought through. Convenient, right sized, addressing the needs. Resovouir compartment, size and attachment are great - loved the magnet that holds the valve, as well as t the very convenient resovouir pocket. The tools pocket I use for first aid kid - just stash it there and keep it for all my activities (I don't need tools there, as I have that on my bike). I can easily add food for the day, a layer for colder time as well as glasses, iPhone, iPhone battery, keys and wallet. The only thing I would improve - the adjustable waist straps form an unneeded loop when adjusting to shorter size. Not a big deal but can be improved in next version. Thank you Osprey for a great job on this pack!

I purchased this pack to go with a mid size and expedition size packs that I have from Gregory. A fellow hiker friend had the Osprey and on our last hike together I decided it was time for me to add it to my collection. I'm a big guy with broad shoulders and a long torso. I found that the Raptor adjust well to me and being a gadget nut, I love all the nooks and crannies this pack offers. Lots of packing options and the 100 ounce bladder is a plus. It wears well, doesn't slide on my back and is breathable. I have room for gear, snacks, keys, wallet and all my EDC pack equipment. I can not really find a issue so far with this pack. As I said, I'm a big guy yet it still adjust for my size and fits comfortably. Hope this pack lasts a long time.

This pack holds all my riding gear and still has room for snacks. It packs light and fit well. Well designed compartments make the most of the space and I really like the anti-scratch lining for my shades. Great investment for the casual adventurer.

My wife gave this pack to me for my birthday to replace an old Camelback mule. I was skeptical at first, but have grown to love this pack. Holds plenty of water with loads of room for tools and lunch.

I have used this pack almost every day for the last two years. It's starting to show some wear and tear but it's really holding up better than I could have hoped for the amount that I use it. I commute to work by bicycle and it fits everything I need for the day. On the weekends I often use it to go out cycling or hiking for the day. Great pack and very versatile, I usually leave out the bladder for commuting but it's nice to have the option for longer trips on the weekend.

I've owned the Raptor 14 for over 6 years now and absolutely love it. It fits really well and does not move around on my back while riding. Love the roll out tool pouch. Big enough for all-day rides or remove everything for a 45 minute lunch ride.
