I wish Osprey would make these as dry/evac bags
I adore these compression bags in all sizes. When compressed they curve just a bit so they utilize that extra space on either side of the pack suspension system. I'm a small woman, I've discovered the 20L size turned upside down works pretty well as an ultralight day pack. A large man might have to use the 32L. However, I've ended up deciding that most of my stuff should be packed in ultralight, evac dry bags. I don't like the shape of the traditional dry bag and my wildest dreams would come true if Osprey would make this basic design from waterproof evac fabric, replace the zipper with a rolled opening like a dry bag, waterproof the seams, and keep the straightjacket compression system. Then it would be perfect! Oh, and maybe add two more colors for color coded organization.
