Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Grayson developed an enduring love for the outdoors in her backyard playground, the Wasatch Mountains. Today, Grayson and her fiancé call these peaks home, and together, they get into all sorts of adventures through Utah's rugged and diverse landscapes.

By day, Grayson is a professional runner on the track, road and trail, and is the reigning World Mountain Running Champion (2023). By night, she is a small business owner managing the Racin' Grayson Paper Co., which sells stationery and training logs for athletes. She is also currently pursuing her master's degree in sustainable natural resources and enjoys being a devoted mom to her cat, Kuzco.
