Tyler Green grew up on Mt. Tabor, a little volcano in Portland, Oregon. Primarily a professional ultra long-distance trail runner, Tyler also coaches high school track, cross country and individual clients. In addition to holding the fastest known times on Washington’s Wonderland Trail and Oregon’s Timberline Trail, Tyler earned four consecutive top-ten performances at the Western States Endurance Run between 2021 and 2024.

Tyler's first Osprey pack was the Eclipse 36, purchased in 2004 for a two-year stint in Nepal. That pack still goes almost everywhere with him. Today, Tyler lives with his wife, Rachel, and son, Lewis, in Salt Lake City.
