What pack size should I choose?

How will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes 1-3 days within the UK, and 2-6 days outside of the UK - excluding Norway and Switzerland. For customers that are based in Norway, orders will be shipped on a weekly basis on Monday and Thursday. For customers that are based in Switzerland, orders will be shipped on a weekly basis on a Wednesday.

My order hasn't arrived within the expected timescale.
We make every effort to deliver products within the specified timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. If you don't receive your goods within the expected time, please contact our Web Support Team.
My order has been delivered to the wrong address/location.

Where is my order?

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.
My order is missing an item.
We're sorry to hear you have not received your full order. Please note that due to the size of our packs, some orders may be dispatched as two separate deliveries. We recommend reviewing your Order Confirmation email first as this will indicate the expected delivery date for each item. If you have checked this and you still believe that there are item(s) missing, please reach out to our Web Support Team.
I have received the wrong order.

My order is damaged/defective.
We're sorry to hear you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Web Support Team.
How do I return my order?
Follow this link to our Tracking and Returns Portal, where you can create your return.
Once you have created your return, you will be emailed a Packing Slip. Please print this out.
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriately sized box.
Enclose the packing slip, then seal the box.
Take the package to your nearest Post Office or your chosen courier's pickup location and return it to the address noted on the bottom of the Packing Slip.
Do I have to pay for my return?
You are responsible for paying for returns. We strongly advise that you ask for Proof of Postage or a recorded-delivery service for your peace of mind, as all parcels are returned at your risk. We cannot accept liability for items that are lost in transit. If you are returning your item due to it arriving damaged or defective, or there has been a mistake made by Osprey, then please contact a member of our Web Support Team.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process the return, and an additional 5 business days for the refund to be cleared back to your original payment method.
How do I make a claim?

How long will my claim take?
Due to high repair request volumes, there may be delays in pack repairs and returns. Our current turnaround is 2-3 weeks.
Our Web Support Team are available between 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England).
Please be aware that due to increased volume of enquiries, our response time has changed to 5-7 business days.
